This annual report covers the significant achievements and challenges faced by NONGOR (Human Development Foundation) during the period of 2021-2022. We continued our mission of empowering communities, focusing on poverty alleviation, education, women and child development, and good governance. Despite various socio-political and international challenges, our dedicated team and partners have worked tirelessly to make a tangible difference in the lives of the underprivileged in Bangladesh.

NONGOR started its journey with the vision of finding out the dark comers and the negating sides, one of the ways to solve the p journey the integrated micro – level concepts and initiation and the way of its implementation. We have published this annual rep with our linked resources the vision cannot be Reached easily. All the staffs and NONGOR related persons have been trying to o soul with their hard work and commitment. It is clear that in the present socio – political and international situation. The way is mo stop our journe y. We believe that the small Initiatives will be more organized and integrated in the future. I am proud of all my co h eart and soul for implementing the programs and publishing this report. Thanks go to all of them. I am gra teful to the general b have Job agencies, civilsecurity, journalists, well – wishers , cultural groups, and others persons and institution for their all – time suggestion special thanks to our national / International Donor andpartner organizations, especially Government by Bangladesh financial support to implement the programs. We hope that NONGOR will increase its experience with active support of unexpected mistakes. Executive Director’s Message

To establish a total development of the hardcore poor of this area, NONGOR started its Journey and walking with small thinking. slow but steady at a result, the activities are going to publish in hack letter as an annual Report. I am happening know . It is unch that the n eed is large then what is abounded. The portion of Foundation is sa me as the above – mentioned line. We have will ar resource. Sometimes are cannot do more for the lack of resources. Here resource means, “Support” including fina nce and other resources NONGOR is trying to emplacement its dream with no stopped and steady devotion. All achievement of the organizatio reception presences, with unlimited limitations. The staff of Foundation completed implementation of the program and has publis strong leadership of the Executive Director Salina Banu and hard work with commitment. 1 want to pay my thanks to them. I wan thanks t o all respectin g person involved with NONGOR including Advisors, Consultants, Sympathizers, all members of General action participation. My thanks also go to the Government administration, journalists, Civil Society, professiona l groups and the Beneficiaries of our program.
