Organizational Structure
- General Body: The supreme authority of NONGOR, meets every two years to verify and approve activities
- Executive Committee: Elected by the General Body for two-year terms
- Executive Director: Selected by the Executive Committee to implement programs
- Program Staff: Including Program Director, Coordinator, Program Manager, Project Officers, and Field Staff
Management Principles
The organization is democratic in nature and managed by representatives elected by the General Body. The Executive Director is overall responsible for implementing project activities as per plan and is answerable to the Executive Committee and the people we serve.
